Our company has grown to cover all facets of the appraisal industry, including business valuation and certified machinery and equipment appraisals. Christopher Kinzie and Christopher Spinelli have been involved in residential real estate appraising for many years. Christopher Kinzie holds Certified Residential Appraiser Licenses in the states of Arizona, California, Massachusetts and Utah; Christopher Spinelli holds Certified Residential Appraiser Licenses in the states of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and are approved by the Federal Housing Administration to do appraisals for FHA loans.
Both founders have been certified through the National Equipment & Business Builders Institute (NEBBI) as Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraisers (CMEA) and also certified through the Society of Business Analysts as Certified Senior Business Analysts (CSBA).
CMEA’s and CSBA’s are located throughout the United States and several foreign countries, and are used by banks, lending institutions, CPAs, attorneys, business owners, buyers/sellers and others to provide needed financial information for a variety of reasons.
